Others have mentioned having a problem with this, though I seem to be able to see the entire offer page and all the options.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

If you are using a high magnification setting in your browser, try zooming out to see if that allows you to reach the bottom of the page. Try holding down the Control key and using plus, minus or zero to zoom in, zoom out or reset the zoom level.

Or try accepting those offers using the eBay app or a mobile browser.
