Cannot Generate FEDEX label

Buyer has PO box for shipping, but decided to have her item shipped FEDEX instead. I edited the address to her verified home address and I am aware of the risk, etc. I just want to ship FEDEX home delivery, however, I keep getting the same error message. "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label". I have done everything, cleared cache, attempted to print from bulk, tried different browsers, the app, three different computers. I am at a loss and I have to get this label printed. I do not want to go to FEDEX, because I get a big discount shipping through ebay.  I called and did a chat but nobody can help.

I also cannot generate UPS labels either. Nobody seems to know why or when this will be resolved.

If you get the street address of her post office, use the street address and her po box number as #1234 (for example) like an apartment number, and it will get delivered.

At least you guys have a working print labels page where tou can enter in weight, dimensions and what service you want.  On my pc i the print labels page is totally blank.  Cant print labels from there anymore no matter what.

Yes, I tried that. I tried a different browser, different computer and disabled add ons. Still get the same message inside a red rectangle. "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label". Thank you for your reply.

I am also seeing this message at the top of the print screen. Is anyone else seeing this on their screens?

"Please be aware that UPS is experiencing issues at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later."

So, I called eBay this morning and after trying a FedEx label for another auction and it went through just fine. The issue is editing the buyers address from a PO box to the street address. For some reason, it will not process the edit and creates a glitch. Their workaround is for me to take it FED-EX in person, pay full price and then get on chat with them, upload my receipt and they will reimburse me the difference between the full price and the price I would have paid through eBay. What a hassle but at least I won't waste anymore time on this issue, which they cannot fix.

Nope.  Different broswer, same issue.  Same day this broke, another dynamically-generated page that hadn't worked for me in months, started working again.  So I believe ebay tweaked a fix in one place that broke it in another.
