I need to reprint two labels. Of course I cannot do that as shipping is down. However, there is only a 24 hour window to reprint. Is ebay going to extend this deadline?

So, I called eBay this morning and after trying a FedEx label for another auction and it went through just fine. The issue is editing the buyers address from a PO box to the street address. For some reason, it will not process the edit and creates a ...

Hi,Yes, I tried that. I tried a different browser, different computer and disabled add ons. Still get the same message inside a red rectangle. "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label". Thank you for your reply.

I also cannot generate UPS labels either. Nobody seems to know why or when this will be resolved.
