I was wondering if there was a fix for this? I have been trying since 3/18/23 to get my statements and still today can't.

Same issue. Tried on my iphone as well and same error message. Called support. I should also be added to this alert. Support had no update on when this is likely to be fixed.  This is tax season so getting these downloads is critical. Thanks!
