Cannot Clear Notification Bell

Since this afternoon 8/21/24 we are unable to clear the notification bell. It just stays stuck at red with the same notifications. Browsers have been changed - signed on and off multiple times. Just annoying but not a problem so far.

experiencing the same...........shut down browser/used different link........stuck on 1 and won't go away.

anyone have a fix the notification keets comming every 5 seconds & i cant stop it and calling customerservice was a complete joke
