Cannot Access eBay Store listings from Store Main Page

In my eBay Store, and others, when I click on a listing from the eBay Store main page, I get this error:  "There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time"   and the listing does not come up at all. This has been happening for the last 1/2 hour or so.

Rather than chiming in to say NBD, why not let someone who can fix the problem you think is in everyone's head answer?

When the thread began, there were a couple of posts by sellers that indicated problems looking at their own store items only. Since I could see their store items, I thought it might be useful to post that the problem was not that their items were not viewable to everyone.

When someone says "I can't see X", and someone else replies "I can still see X under these conditions", the second statement is not a criticism of the original statement, but further data that can help to define the extent of the problem and perhaps point to a solution or a workaround.

In this case I was unable to reproduce the error at all until I tried a different browser, which indicates that the problem is not limited to sellers viewing their own store items, but is also not something that every user will necessarily encounter, either.

Not sure where you get the idea that I am dismissing the issue, or that I indicated the problem is "in everyone's head".

Out of curiosity for those who are experiencing the problem - does the problem also occur if you click "see all" at the bottom of the store page and then try to click on items from there?

It looks like this may be an issue with the Quick View pop up in stores, but I'm wondering if as a temporary workaround you could navigate to see all items from that seller and find the item from there.

Thank you for that suggestion. The problem does not occur when I select "see all". Yes, the problem is with the pop-up view in the stores. My concern is that buyers having this problem may not figure out the workaround and will just leave the store.

I also have this problem in my PC, using Chrome, but not on the app. I'm a niche seller and this impacts niche sellers tremendously, as many sellers buy from the store directly.I never had such abysmal sales as last couple of days.

Also, I've tried to access the store through ebay.co.uk and it does work. So it seems it is a ebay.com issue

Here also, been that way for few days, can not even open my own listings in my store.

I am not sure if anyone else replied yet, yes this does work. But of course the real issue is the buyers need to guess that it might work and try it. I saw a post from a buyer who thought a seller had blocked them for some reason because they kept getting this error.

I am getting the same message, when I try to look at items in my store. I can not get any of my listings to come up.

I have had this issue since Sunday.  I have contacted eBay customer service who said they were working on it.  I cant gain access to my listings via my store front or anyone else's listings going through their store front from my pc.

Whatever the problem was, ebay seems to have fixed it. I can see all my listings again today.
