My customer somehow clicked buy it now 3 times on two different products
He then sent me a message saying he didn't know how that happened and said he wanted one of each not three of each
I sent him an invoice for one of each which he paid
When I try to cancel the extra items my only option is cancel the entire order
How do I do this please
Thanks
Paul

@realdecals Sadly, eBay does not split up orders very well. If the Buyer paid for the invoice you sent them JUST for what they wanted you may wind up having to call Home Office and ask them how to Cancel the un-purchased quantities. They can review the messages and see the Buyer made a mistake.
As of right now, you are on the lamb for the FVFs on ALL the items, not just the ones you shipped so make sure you address that too with them in the event you call.
