What I can see is that you registered on the .de website, so there probably isn't an option to change e-mails from German to English. However, most e-mail programs have a built in translate feature. Check your e-mail client to see if you have the same.
This is the .com forum - you can post on the .de forum to see if users there can help. The .de site may have settings and options that the .com site doesn't.
There used to be an option on .com to change your language settings, but I don't know if it applied to e-mails or just the website. I can't find that setting any longer so it may not exist on .com.
