Hi, Logged in to my eBay account. Looking at getting back into selling and I am greeted with something saying "

So I start the process and get to the 2nd part that wants me to verify my phone number. The last 4 digits are correct so it's still my current number but I received no codes. I try the call option and it says my number is wrong due to their being no 0 at the start even though that is not needed when you have +44.
"You’ve reached the maximum number of attempts allowed. Please try again in 24 hours."
I am now locked out for 24 hours due to eBay not sending me a code? How is this my problem?
What is going on?
