Can't list anything. The image uploader is taking forever and then it gives an internal error message(SD009). No way to contact customer support either because they don't open until 8am EST....

Same problem here! It started with only a listing here and there. But now it appears to be any and all of them.

Having same issue Internal error Can't list items without pictures. Please correct this issue. Spend more time on essential requirements and less on **bleep**.

Experiencing the same issue. Thanks for info on contact with customer support. One would think that ebay would have a tech team available or on call 24/7 to address issues like this. Guess not.

Same.

I'm able to type in all the details of listings, which is time consuming. I'll add the pictures when the upload feature is fixed.
We can take our pictures. Type in details. Save as drafts. Complete later.
Just an idea.

Same problem here, 09.20.2019, 9am ET, GA USA.
Internal Error (SD009) when uploading the photos. I've been trying for over an hour, restarted computer, google chrome, cleaned everything.
I've just got off the phone with CS, they said they are getting a lot of reports about the issue this morning, are working on it and it should be resolved within 24 hours.
They need to do it sooner than that, I need to list my items for the weekend!!!

Nearly a $10b company with probably more than a dozen and a half datacenters, dedicated IT staff on payroll and at least two IT firms to pick up the slack, and almost 200 million users actively registered on eBay... you would think they could at the very least keep their servers up 99.99% of the time for the **bleep** and pillaging they perform on their 'customers.'

same here too...now the bigger question is are customers going to be able to see pictures in our listings? my orders are down and this will hurt even further..
