Can't upload photos to Listings- Keep getting Internal Error Message

Can't list anything.  The image uploader is taking forever and then it gives an internal error message(SD009).  No way to contact customer support either because they don't open until 8am EST....

Just got off the phone with CS. After convincing her the problem was not on my end, she checked with the picture department, or whoever deals with that. They started getting complaints yesterday but it must not be a big enough deal because the CSD didn't already know about an outage. Told me it would be 24 to 48 hours...hopefully.  Seriously. I guess the more people who call, the more/faster they will "look into it".  20 years on ebay and the majority of the problems, for me anyway, have been uploading pictures. Anyone else called yet? I'm always curious if they are giving everyone the same answer or not.

Same here, can't upload pics. Also can't upload pics in messenger either. Messenger not been working right for us for about month now.

You got them to do more for you than I did, lol. Glad they are getting the same error. My biggest hurdle was getting her to understand the problem was not on my end, that none of my devices would upload correctly.

now they have internal errors printing shipping labels. eBay are having a nightmare today. it would be funny if it were not my main income. lol

Having trouble with lebels as well. Im gonna lose my job if they dont fix this quick. This is not how i want to seond my friday! Ebay is done honestly, they constantly have issues and the tech support is garbage.

I am also having the same issue.  It sounds like Ebay has finally admitted there is an issue.  Hopefully they have it fixed soon.

Perhaps ebay is rolling out a new cash cow.  No Photo Listings......extra 10 cents per listing.  Just like listings with photos, ebay cannot guarantee that your photoless listing will ever be visible.
