Can't upload a 310 x 90 logo to customize invoice

Hi there,

This is really weird.  I am trying to upload a 310 x 90 logo under the Customizing Invoice section.

I am new at doing this -- never set up a logo before here -- and it is saying that my current logo is this "Wysedata" image, wherever the heck that came from:

As you can see, I chose my jpg logo file from my PC already, but when I hit Upload, nothing happens.  My logo is exactly the right dimensions.  I have a png of it also that I tried, with the same non-result.

The most baffling thing is, where did this Wysedata logo come from, anyway?  I googled "wysedata" and it came up with an ebay seller that uses that name.  No idea whether he uses the logo above for his invoices, but why is it showing up here for me, and why can't I upload a new logo to replace it?  Strange!  Any advice would be appreciated.

Well, I guess that this really is as baffling to others as it is to me, lol.
I reached out to eBay Support; hopefully they can figure out what is going on.

I got rid of the WyseData logo.  Actually, that might have just been a weird browser cache thing -- I'm not sure, but it's now saying that I don't have a logo for invoices now.  But, clearly, there is something broken with the Upload button to upload my own logo.  It simply doesn't work, in any browser (I've tried, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera), and it fails even in a browser that has no plugin extensions at all -- so I know it's not my ad blocker, for example.

I can live without having my logo on my invoices -- but I'd obviously prefer to have it there, and this is something that eBay needs to fix.  Meanwhile, I have emailed them about this, and then emailed a follow-up more than a week later, and a week after the followup, I've heard nothing, zilch, from them.
