That says it all. Yesterday I tried leaving feedback, and the website demanded I do a verification slider and sign in. I did, and it just makes me do it over and over. Tried deleting cache, cookies, restart, different browsers.
Oddly enough, though it won't let me view account pages, it let me post this and shows my user name. So the browser is saving my login cookie just fine.

Had the same problem. What fixed it (for the most part) was confirming my contact phone number. It's under account / personal info, then hit the edit button.
I saw in an old message that ebay had requested I do this a while back, but I didn't think it was critical and ignored it. They wanted me to agree to receive passwords via text to confirm my identity.

Thanks!
I had to find a browser I was still logged in on to get to it. Phone showed as verified already, but adding security questions (which I had previously avoided) fixed it!

Workaround: Open a new Private Tab/Browser. Works for me that way.
