Anyone not able to send invoices to customers who purchased items on 9/23/2020?

Why are you sending an invoice when eBay does that for you?

The usual reasons to send an invoice is (1) if you are combining shipping for two or more purchases; or (2) if the buyer requested upgraded shipping and you are charging him for the upgrade.
