Can't send combined invoices, keep getting error message.

Had some auctions end where buyers purchased multiple items, but am constantly getting this error message. 

There is some technical error, please try after sometime.

I have been trying to send these invoices since last night, and the same error message occurs. I have no problem sending an invoice on a single item, and some buyers or multiple items have successfully used the checkout normally even though I was unable to send them invoices.

Greetings fellow eBay seller. We have been having the same invoicing issue, so frustrating. We called eBay this morning and they said they fix these problems based on how many calls they get about it. Maybe if we all come together and call they will fix it sooner than later! If your situation improves give us all an update. Thanks : )

We reported the same problem on dot ca 4 months ago. We're still seeing it. The invoice does "eventually" send because the confirmation arrives in your regular email if you are set up that way. Just very confusing when you see it for first time and now that it's still happening it doesn't help.

I wish that's what was happening to us. We don't even get the chance to click send. When we click on "send invoice" in the drop down menu it then gives us the error message. It never takes us to the screen where you can edit the invoice. 

It's very frustrating, it's put our entire business on stand by today. We offer free shipping on orders of $25.00 (we only use auction format) or more, without being able to send invoices we have no way of editing our buyers shipping costs. 

I wish our case was more like yours and it had sent the invoice.

Same issue here. Cannot combine invoice. Kepp getting Some Technical error has occured" AND my customers cannot combine from their side even tho I have it set up for them.

I'm having the same problem since at least Tuesday night (6/23). I called ebay the rep said my account will be added to the ones having a problem and forwarded to the technical team. No estimate given of when the problem will be solved. She said I could send an invoice through PayPal.

I also am having the same problem. Hopefully this will get fixed as I have multiple buyers who combine invoices. Are they getting sent any invoice at all?

Am having the exact same issue since evening of June 23. eBay support is aware of the issue (they've received multiple calls & e-mails about this) but who knows when it will be fixed?

As noted previously the the send invoice error has been going on for awhile. The newest issue is combining orders to the same address with Shippo. I was able to do this in the past easy peasy. Both from sellers hub and in shippo. The last time I tried it, it"thinks" you want to send 2 packages to the same address which is definitely not what I am trying to do. (In explaining this as a problem to Shippo they suggested using the old version of Shippo...Which is what I was doing. I have advised but as of yet, no followup.) The concept of combining orders/invoices/shipping is something eBay seems to be on a regular basis trying to block. Sellers send revised invoices all the time. From my understanding it blocks permission if items are won with best offer to send a revised invoice.  Add to cart "seems" to work only with app but not pc. There is another situation where something works on a pc but not with the app. (It is escaping me at the moment). There are also have been long running issues with the postage calculator on dot ca where a buyer is buying multiples of the same item and being blocked from requesting a revised invoice. The rate calculation is almost always off to this seller's point of view but have found examples when a buyer tries a rate check and gets excessive inaccurate shipping. Possibly service specific related. On a pc, add to cart does not give you a button to continue shopping. The list goes on. Very frustrating when you have to jump through so many hoops just to send an accurate revised invoice when a customer needs one with the only intentions to save your customer money on shipping and prevent losing fees on a refund. That last part may be the real rational of making it so difficult.

Same thing here, I have more than 4000 items that need combining from auctions that ended yesterday and my mailbox is overflowing with people wanting to pay.
