Can't replace bank account. Says old account is wrong.

My bank account was hacked so I had to get a completely new account opened. I am trying to replace my bank account on ebay. I can verify and sign into my new account, but when ebay asks me to verify my old complete account number in order to replace it, it says it's incorrect yet I know its 1000% correct. I've had the same account for years and is what was originally put into ebay. I feel like I'm sol here.

Here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent to help with your account issue:  

On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll ALL the way down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark.   Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
