Hi! I am using a MacBook Pro to do my listings. This same problem was happening to me a few months ago when I was doing listings. I took a break over the holidays, but now I'm back trying again, and sure enough, the colossal time wasting, super-frustrating glitch is back at it. I'll write up my whole description, finish and scroll down to hit the button to make the auction go live and then it will refresh itself and dump all my info in the description. It will lose my "buy it now" settings as well as postage settings. It only retains the auction title description. This seems to happen when I do "sell similar" instead of completely starting fresh and doing my own totally original auction. If I do "sell similar" after seeing the same item from another seller, and then erase their description and start writing my own and editing to make it unique instead of straight up copying them, the glitch seems to happen most with this scenario. If we're not supposed to do that, then why have the option? Also, this week I had 14 photos loaded for an item and it kept telling me to add photos and wouldn't let me start the auction. Lots of bugs going on, and it's making it nearly impossible for me to do listings. I've got hundreds of items to sell, but when it literally took me an hour to list a coat, this is not a good use of my time and not worth it. Thank you so much for reaching out.
