Hello! I am trying to get my account unlocked because I received an email and message stating that someone else used my account without my permission. I contacted CS in Facebook, they told me they can't do anything and I called CS 4 times. Every time I called, the agents told me that they would call me back to verify my phone number but I never received a call these 4 times. I have checked that my phone doesnt block unknown calls and no number is in spam. I don't live in the US and my country doesnt have an Ebay site so I call the US number because this is where it redirects me from the German site (I am not German and I dont have a German phone number too). I don't know if this is the problem but I can't do anything else to get my account unlocked. Any help would be appreciated
