I've tried repeatedly to print shipping labels using Pending Payments. When I click on the button nothing happens. If I switch the radio button to "Your saved PayPal account" it works as expected. I have enough funds in Pending Payouts (and available funds) to affect the purchase. I've tried multiple browsers and calling eBay support. Nothing works. Anyone else having this problem?
Haha... funny thing, it happened to me just this morning. Usually, I pay from my bank account with PayPal, but just wanted to 'try' that feature for one label. So... back to PayPal, and no problem!
I just received a call back from eBay Customer Support confirming that I have sufficient funds in my pending payouts to purchase the labels. Something is not right and the rep created a ticket for IT. I'll update this thread with any new info.
