International Shipping Labels Not Printing

I have had sales on the AU & UK ebay websites and have not been able to print a ebay or ebay send label on the EBay USA site. The metrics are in grams and centimetres instead of pounds, ounces & inches. The maximum value for the grams is 999 which is a lightweight package. The conversion from a international ebay site to the USA website is not taking place and some code might be missing. I am using Webinterpret, a ebay strategic partner, to list my items internationally automatically. The above issue started occurring in the last 2 weeks. No issues previously.

Totally messed up ! EBay don’t care about any issues ONLY a they care is 

get your money in their dirty hands ! I had the same issue but in the USA not international .

I am still trying to get my money back from the EBay took out from printing label did NOT a printed or used closed to month long battle . I spent so much times on little sales item made less than $ 20 but EBay took out shipping label that did not printed

or used in their pocket $ 9.93 ! Is that obviously outraged ! Absurd ! What is it ? 
so much ignorance and no systematic on their service ( EBAY ) 

also PAYPAL is the same ! No responsibility on their parts. 
Importantly , they are the most discriminations that is so intensely done by them.
