I had the same issue. I just tried switching Browsers and I was able to print my shipping labels. I was using Google Chrome and had the printing issues and I switched to Microsoft edge and signed in to my ebay through that Browser and had no issues printing my labels. Hope this helps.

I'm having the same problem also. It's been down all night since 10 pm last night. I tried multiple times during the night and had the same results. Tried again this morning and still nothing. I currently have 2 over due package because of the issue. Been selling for years and never seen this happen before.

If your using Google Chrome dont even try to print labels. You can only use Windows or Edge. I see lots of complaints online all within the past 48 hours but nothing from e-bay is mentioned about technical problems.

I just saw something about maintence? But that is all done now so who knows?

I tried using Microsoft Edge and was able to print - with Chrome I was having problems

Also yesterday I tried clearing cache, etc on Chrome and that seemed to clear the problem up but this morning after a couple labels printing fine on chrome the problem is back

Iwas told there a issue with chrome, I am still having issues with chrome this morning, had to print with edge, it gave a error on edge but then went to label page.

I was using chrome and changed to incog. Was able to print 1 more before it brought the error screen up again. I switched browsers and the same thing happened after printing a few more. Switched to yet another....same thing.
