Can't print bulk packing slips or shipping labels - again

Hi Techies,

Once again I am forced to print each packing slip and shipping label individually.

Select All then click print - does not work.  No bulk printing.

Appreciate the help getting this fixed again.  Over a week of this ongoing issue.
