Can't pay for item, "Can't process payment method" error

Hi,

trying to pay for item but after I press "Confirm and pay" I get in return this message.

Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:

• Check out with another PayPal method, like the one we're showing now.
• Select a different payment option.

Tried with different payment methods - no result. Please advise.

I am getting the same message when I try to pay for the items in my cart. When I try to select another payment it freezes. I spent about 2 hours adding 10 items to my cart and now can't buy them. Very frustrating!
