This is the solution to login problem that worked for me .
Somehow the Security settings had been changed which affected the login for the eBay website.
in Internet Explorer, I went to Tools > Internet Options > Security tab, then had to click on Default Level to return IE to default security levels. Then, on this same Security tab I had to click on the Trusted websites icon and add the https:// URL for eBay.
I added the following 4 url's to the trusted sites list( especially the last one below) and now its working. I added
https://signin.ebay.com
https://www.ebay.com
https://my.ebay.com
https://k2b-bulk.ebay.com
I had to do this twice then everything worked for me, not sure why. I'm just guessing that the k2b-bulk.ebay.com is a new ebay page. I also had to click on Default Level to return IE to default security levels.
