I called eBay two days ago because I am unable to print shipping labels from my mobile phone, and instead receive an error message that I need to go online and set up automatic payments. I already did this. I already Did this several times. Then I called eBay and was told that this is a known issue. When are you fixing this, eBay? This is a very frustrating and time-consuming issue, and I don’t wanna have to call the helpdesk again and waste another 45 minutes of my time. Please respond to this… I really hate it when you leave issues open like this.
