Can't leave feedback

Every time I try to leave feedback for a combined sale of 7 postcards I get this message:

We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again.

Others have been getting that error message in the past week or so for certain multiple-item transactions.

If somanypostcards' suggested workaround in message 28 does not work for you, and you are still having problems leaving feedback for multiple-item purchases, try this link as a workaround:

https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/leave_feedback

There may also be alternative feedback links on different selling pages that work better, but that link seems to work fairly consistently for otherwise problematic transactions by bypassing the saved feedback issue entirely.

It took over 2 months but this is now fixed 😊!

eBay has turned into a scammer's paradise. I purchased a $50 item in early December and now the item is gone, cannot leave feedback on a non-existent item. Seller is from China and has now moved the delivery date to March, it was supposed to be delivered in January. I do not want to wait but eBay has forced me to due to their scam. Goodbye eBay, I can no longer trust you at all.

So far links prove as useless as the non-existent Ebay customer support. Community forums cannot resolve tech issues and Ebay choses to ignore all tech problems in addition to the price-fixing sellers.

Run into it all the time as buyer or seller. You would think with all the money ebay makes they could afford an IT guy that knows how to fix this.
