Can't get to order details

Our company can no longer get to 'View order details' to print invoices for accounting.  We are using the Microsoft Edge browser under Windows 10 x64.  When I click on purchase history, pull up an item (at least the last two) when I click on 'View order details' it brings me to the long screen and enter the password.  When I navigate to purchase history I just go through the 'rinse and repeat' cycle.  I also had (and think still do for a couple of months) printing problems using Microsoft Edge.  Seems like eBay doesn't seem interested in fixing problems like this.

Re: Can't get to order details

Order details is displaying for me using Edge browser on a Win 10 machine. The problem you are encountering may be related to your individual settings or history.

Try using another browser, or an In-private or incognito browser window. If that works, try manually erasing your eBay cookies in the original browser.

If your browser has Enhanced Tracking Protection, try disabling that. Or if you are blocking third party cookies, try disabling that blocking.

If you get the page to display in Edge, try printing using Control-Shift-P rather than the print icon or Control-P.

Re: Can't get to order details

I'm having same issue but using google chrome I can not access my seller dashboard no matter what way I try to get to it to review and respond to orders it just brings me to a password screen and keeps doing this cycle over and over again. I have tried multiple browsers and cleared my cache etc. same issue is existing on the app. So I now have orders that I can not process for two days now???

If you are able to sign in using the eBay app, use the eBay app to link a social media account to your eBay account, if one is not already linked. You should find that under Settings, Sign in and Security.

Then, using your browser, go to the sign in page and sign in using your Google, Apple or Facebook account instead of username and password.

This has worked for other users when standard sign-in methods have failed.
