Since 6/28/19 I have not been able to download the eBay-OrdersReport from the new Manage orders awaiting shipment screen. Once in a while it gives me an error and tells me to try again but usually just says preparing download with a spinning circle forever. I called customer support and they were able to recreate the error on their end and opened a bug ticket but have not done anything about it yet. The old screen was better and I had a nice one click excel report that I had been using for years which was better than this new one anyway. There is another post titled "Issue downloading sales records" that appears to be similar.
Please respond and call in if you are having the same issue. The more of us they hear from the faster it will be resolved.

It failed the first time, and kicked back to the sold page. Tried again, was patient and waiter a few seconds as they recommend, and it worked fine. Looks like they are having some report generation/database issues with the reports.

That's where I was trying to get it from. Tried again this morning a number of times and no joy.
Just for kicks I cleared my cache and cookies (I'm using Chrome) and lo and behold the report downloaded.

Chrome (and IE and Edge, and Safari) often does not work well with eBay. I use Firefox exclusively - really old versions at that - and rarely have any problems, and almost never have to clear cache and cookies (but it is, as you saw, a valid troubleshooting tool in some cases, cost little, and is always a good first step)

Same issue here. It started having issues on 7/9/19, and today (7/10/19) it kept giving me the same message as stated above. I cleared my cache and cookies and still had issues. It finally downloaded after trying for nearly 4 hours. I have tried Chrome and Edge, with the same results.
