Can’t change mailing status on shipping label from priority to media rate

Was the item sold in a category that qualifies for Media Mail? If it does, and the option doesn't show up on eBay, you might have to purchase the label elsewhere. Also, if the buyer paid for priority, it's best not to change it without their okay.

I contacted ebay support which really sucks.  There is a glitch which they are going to take a look at.  At least I think that is what he said since I could barely understand what he was saying.

"they are going to take a look at it.  Which means that you won't see a fix anytime soon.
