I recently noticed that there is no option to actually search from the saved searches list.
The only options I have are to delete or unsubscribe.

There should be a "view items" link on the far right side of the page.
In some browsers the page may appear too wide to fit on one screen, particularly if you have searches with many keywords, so you may have to scroll right to see the links.
I think there is a CSS hack to get the page to display correctly in Firefox in this thread:

Previously there were alternative links to the Saved Searches and Saved Sellers, but the old links now point to the new pages, and thus do not help in this case.

Thanks I didn't notice it could be scrolled. Another eBay win!!!

It is also possible to reach your Saved Searches from the Feed page:
Click on the number of Saved Searches at the top to see a somewhat awkward four column rendering of your searches by truncated keywords.

Awkward is right 🙂

One possible workaround -- if you have an ad blocker like Ad Block Plus, you may be able to use the element hiding tool to suppress the second column of keywords using a custom filter rule:
ebay.com##.coln2
Seems to work for me in Waterfox and Chrome, but I have not tested it extensively to see if the rule causes any other features to break, so use it at your own risk.

I'm using MS Edge.
