Non Paying Bidder's

I am having an increasing number of non paying bidder's. Most of these have either 0 for feedback or 1. Others have not bought on ebay in six months. This is beginning to be a real problem. Anyone else having this happen?

Memorial Service

Does anyone know where and when the memorial service is going to be? Ebay has obviously died. Before those who work for ebay on these boards say anything, yes I know this is the worst time of year on here.

Is anyone having trouble printing a free return label? It comes up and then just closes back down. Any suggestions of what might be wrong?
