Can't add new credit card with matching address

I've checked everything - the shipping address matches my eBay account, the card number, CVC and expiration info is correct, I tried manually entering the info. I'm at a loss. Please help!

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Or try using the eBay app.

Make sure you are entering all the numbers in the correct format with no extra characters, and that the expiration date is in the correct order.
