Item I Sold Says Paid-I didn't Get a Sold Email from eBay-Sale is Not in My Payments

I received an offer for an item and accepted. I received the notification that the buyer paid on the app but I don't have an email from eBay stating the item sold or that it was paid. Also, the item is not in my Payment Activity but it's in my Sold/Orders. I didn't receive the $ for the item, and the sale is not showing in my Payments received. I did the math and my balance does not include the sale of that item but it's prompting me to ship? I can't cancel the order because it will deduct the money for the refund from my balance when I haven't received the payment yet. This is the first time this has happened. I sold a pair of boots a few minutes ago and that is showing in my Payments.

Thursday night is when eBay does server maintenance, which can lead to odd errors.

I am having this problem as well. Buyer paid, was prompted to ship. No payment in my funds. Nothing processing. Nothing on hold. Under activity it shows the ad fee deduction & shipping label deduction, nothing else. When i click on “view payment details” on the order it says “there is nothing to show here”. It appears there are quite a few other sellers experiencing this as well. eBay should really communicate if there is some kind of glitch.

I am having the same issue. Item sold and paid for but funds not showing on my end. I hoped it would be fixed over night, but still seeing the same issue. I have talked to customer service twice, and they tell me NOT to ship the item until the funds show on my end. I reached out to the buyer and am hopeful for their understanding. I have never seen this issue before. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP - TOP PRIORITY. FYI - I will have to call again, because I may get a "defect" for not shipping within 24 hours as a Top Rated Seller. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I am having the same problem today! I have not been able to speak to anyone about it because I cannot find a way to speak to a human being at eBay. Their chat assistant does not understand what I need help with, but doesn't seem able to send me to a customer service representative. This is so frustrating.

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.

 

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

 

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

 

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

still not showing as of the time of this message. It’s Saturday 9/28 Which is been over 48 hours since the payment was “received” but not showing up in processing or otherwise. Fees deducted though.

Me too! I am having this issue with one item that sold on 9/26/24. I spoke to an eBay agent who confirmed buyer paid and has no restrictions or disputes on their account. I have a ticket open, agent had never seen this before, but assured me eBay collected from buyer and told me to ship the item. She also said it should resolve in 48 hours, but hasn't. Other orders paid for before and after are normal, I'm only having the problem with one order. It looks like it's happening to many of us. 

 

Does anyone else have a ticket open? The first agent I spoke to didn't do this for me...

this is the first time I’ve ever seen, heard and obviously experienced this before in as long as managed payments have been introduced. Just weird if nothing else.
