Can't access USPS shipping labels but UPS and FedEx are available

I was in the middle of my shipping today and it suddenly stopped allowing me to select USPS shipping labels. They just aren't available.

Could it be that is what the buyer selected?

Ebay has added a red warning to USPS label selections that there is a problem.

That said, I just purchased USPS labels.

When you said you just purchased labels, do you mean you were able to purchase them while the red warning was up?

I need to ship today and am starting to worry.

Hi @wildehalesales . When USPS is grayed out, there are 2 usual reasons:
1. Package weight/dimensions exceed carrier limits
2. There is an issue with the buyer's address, like a missing unit number or similar. You can check the address here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress

For an emergency back up @michkal_46 you can always buy USPS and UPS labels from PirateShip.com which will cover you for most services. Obviously it will not allow you to access eBay Standard Envelope.

I got that red warning too, but my label printed up like usual.

Certain addresses are falling into areas where USPS (temporarily or permanently) closed their post offices. To deal with the issue USPS cooperating with FEDEX. When you purchase the FEDEX label it has two barcodes, one is FEDEX, the other is USPS. Somehow the packages always delivered to the addresses, most likely by USPS mailmen from the local FEDEX facility.
