Can't List and Can't Ship due to eBay Technical issues...Unreal!

at 1st I got a message that the page could not be found. After refreshing several times I got the purchase page. When I tries to purchase the label I got a error message with a exclamation point but no explanation about the error. I checked the shipping label page and PayPal there was no record of a label being bought. So I tried to click purchase again but the same thing happened.

I was able to purchase a label through PayPal but had to first fill out the correct shipping service and weight. After I bought the label through PayPal on eBays end the tracking number automatically updated and did not need to be manually added.

Same here, had to go to Paypal to make and pay for label. After I did, the tracking was showing in Ebay without me having to enter it. 

Along with this, pics aren't  loading when making listings. Several glitches at once, making everything very frustrating! I just hope we don't have another episode of previous listings losing their pics, like last year.  I just don't know what to think about this place anymore
