Can't Leave Feedback - "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again."

Trying to leave feedback for a seller I bought from after the item arrived today, and I constantly get "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again."

"Yes" selected for arriving on time.

"Positive" selected for how was your experience.

Text provided in feedback "Excellent seller, very fast shipping, A+ thanks very much" which is identical to feedback I've left in the past.

Entire site feels really really slow today, too.

From what I can tell major glitch going on now with ebay: try again later.

I also cannot leave positive feedback for either seller nor buyer today.

I think I have solved this situation. I hope this makes sense. So, since I am a seller, I usually leave the same positive feedback over and over again within the past 1 year, to keep it simple, (copy and paste ‘thank you’). But I finally decided today that I should maybe write something else, instead of my same reviews. I wrote something else different this time in the comment section and it finally allowed me leave a review again, as a buyer and seller. Today it worked. Therefore, I believe the solution to this problem is that “repeating same written reviews” seem to expire after awhile, maybe after a year mark, so it may have been necessary to write something new instead of my usual copy paste “thank you’s”. Anyways, I hope I’m making sense and this may help others resolve the same unexplained issue.
