I've multiple times attempted to contact an agent for help with an issue, and it continuously forces me to ask for a call... but my phone never gets a call from an agent. It won't give me the option for chat with an agent. So what do I do to solve my issues besides come here and hope that someone replies expeditiously?

Usually, there is nothing a customer service can do for a seller.
Try posting what your problem is on this forum, and see if the denizens of the forum can point you to the way to resolve your problem.

If this is about the eBay Standard Envelope problem @jrstout82 , that was answered on your other thread. Items over $20 do not qualify for ESE.
Because your auction format listing exceeded $20 you cannot purchase an ESE label.
You need to either pay for a tracked package service through eBay like Ground Advantage, or you can ship untracked with a postage stamp. Shipping untracked leaves you liable for refunds on non-receipt claims since you will not be able to prove delivery.
Don't offer ESE if you think an auction may exceed $20 - or up your auction starting price to account for the cost difference of Ground Adv (build it in to the item price) so there's no loss.

If you did get a hold of CS there's nothing they could do.
You solve your issue by shipping the card and taking a hit on the extra shipping.
