I've multiple times attempted to contact an agent for help with an issue, and it continuously forces me to ask for a call... but my phone never gets a call from an agent. It won't give me the option for chat with an agent. So what do I do to solve my...

So I have just sold an item at Auction, the bidding got above $20... the buyer selected eBay Standard Envelope. I don't have that option, and there is no way to reject the shipping method. On top of things, I've added in the rule for a handling fee.....

The buyer went over the $20 on an auction, and was able to select the eBay standard envelope... however, I don't have the option to select eBay standard envelope. When I try to contact customer service, it keeps telling me they can have an agent call...
