Customer wants to buy an item but I currently do not allow shipping to a P.O. Box. Wanted to change this to accommodate customer. No joy as I keep getting a page telling me the server is down >>

They have no idea when this will be resolved. Anyone else have this problem ?

Care to share the reason you do not ship to PO boxes?
And was this listed elsewhere on another ID?

You are registered in the US on ebay.com, but the error message you posted is from ebay.ca.
Make sure you are signed in on the site you used to list your items on, using your selling account.

I am experiencing the same thing since yesterday. Signed out. Cleared cookies and cache. Tried a different browser (Chrome and Edge) and still have no access to shipping preferences.

Since July 24, having trouble of not being able to purchase shipping labels through ebay on my computer. The shipping label page comes up and shows the preferences but it does not allow for me to purchase the shipping label. As a same day shipper, it is critical I be able to ship effortlessly. I now have to switch over to pirateship or shippo to purchase and print a label. Computer restarts, browser changes, nothing has worked to no avail.

If you are able to purchase and print postage using a private or incognito browser window, try clearing your cache in the original browser.
