Can no longer track item shipping progress in the app or website

I purchased a pair of Nike Dunks from a seller. Normally I could track all shipping progress to authenticator and then to my residence. Thats no longer the case as the option looks to be removed. Is this a new update to the website and app?

Don't know, but can you track it from the carriers web site?

There appears to not be an option on my order to even show whose picking up or delivering the item. It used to be a tab to use to see the delivery progress
