Can no longer delete "Didn't Win" listings

Starting about a week ago, I can no longer delete "Didn't Win" listings from my PC.  I receive the message "There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time."  I try deleting these listing every day with no change.

What operating system version and browser version are you using? Any difference if you try another browser?

I am using Windows 11 with Firefox 135.0.1.  I did not try another browser as Firefox has been working well with eBay for years.

Trying another browser can be a useful diagnostic tool.

If you are able to delete items from the "Didn't win" section of your Bids & Offers using another browser, then I would suggest manually erasing just your eBay cookies in Firefox, then see if you can delete items from that section once more.

Probably unrelated but that same message also appears when you go to look at "Recently Viewed" items. But currently only if you have no recently viewed items. A misleading error message in this case.

Though when that error message first started appearing a few weeks back it didn't matter whether you had viewed items or not.

If you are able to delete those items in one browser but not another, see if you are able to delete those items if you clear your browser cache, manually delete just your eBay cookies, restart the original browser and sign back in.
