Hi all. I've been using Chrome and Windows 10 with Ebay for quite some time now with no problems. Recently, when I hit the message button nothing happens. The address bar displays the correct address (https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/All&_trksid=p3984.m2295.l3912), but the page remains blank. When I switch to my Edge browser I get my Messages fine. I already contacted Ebay with no luck. Everything else still works fine with Chrome; just not the Message center. I don't think I changed anything. Any and all help much appreciated. Larry

Alternate links to try:
https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/
From members only:
https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/m2m
From eBay only:
https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/ebay
Sent messages only:
https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/1
If you are able to view your messages in another browser (or an incognito Chrome browser window), I would suggest trying to clear your browsing data starting with cached images and data and then trying to delete eBay cookies or possibly history.
If that does not help, try temporarily disabling any extensions -- it is possible that one of them (such as an ad blocker, perhaps) might be causing an issue. Extensions are less likely to be the problem if you can see your messages in an incognito window in Chrome, which should be using the same extensions.

You are welcome!
Glad to hear you were able to resolve the problem. Hopefully anyone else that runs into a similar situation will find this thread.
If this problem only occurs when looking at messages, you should still be able to use your ad blocker, just add mesg.ebay.com to your whitelist if you have not done so already.
