Called for help and got nowhere. I haven't sold anything in days! Checkout/payment problems?

EBAY, you need to fix this!  I haven't sold anything in days, am seeing in community that buyers are having problems checking out. When I called for help, was told there's nothing wrong with my account, so WHAT IS GOING ON? This is killing me!
