Called Ebay 3 times but still get this: "phone verification failed"

"phone verification failed"

I keep getting this every time and have even called Ebay 3 times and it still does it.   Can anyone help me?

If you do not have a USA phone number it will never work.  Sorry.  If you're an American calling from within the USA I haven't an earthly.

Thank you, I've tried so many things including changing the number to our business land line etc.

The best part is we pay for an eBay store (for years and years), still to this day, and suddenly we cannot sell or even verify our phone number. Called tech support 3 times, today I talked to a guy for an hour and he came back every two minutes saying he will fix it in two more minutes, after literally 30 times of him doing this, finally he just pretends he cannot hear me anymore on the line. This was my call today with eBay tech.

When I need eBay the most is when this type of thing happens. Happened back in like 2010 as well, all the sudden the kiabosh, out of nowhere.

My first screenshot was taken down for it had my number on it. I blurred all that out now.

Anyone know how to get through this step when you keep getting the red warning? "Phone Verification Failed"
