Where did Manage Order Awaiting Shipments Go?

12 sales pending, but shows no result for items awaiting shipment.  Does not show pending purchases either.  Anyone else experiencing the same glitch?  Jeez!

I just chatted with customer service.  This is a global issue and the tech department is working on it.  It's a pain.

Oh boy...the Tech dept. is working on it....

I would feel more comfortable if the Janitorial dept. was working on it instead.

Same problem since 11/09/2021. Talked to customer service twice. They are having a problem.

Most likely they have been hacked. Last month they charged me 5% extra saying I was below average with only 2.53 % . They are punishing seller to increase there bottom line. 99.3 % customer rating.
