Hi. I have received a message from eBay that my Bad Buyer Experience ("BBE") rate was very high because I had higher than others Stock-Out Cancellation (Stock-Out)%. When I started investigating this situation it's appeared that I have 6 canceled orders for 90 days, but the reason of cancellation was "address issue of buyer" NOT "Stock-Out Cancellation". So it is a system issue. I haven't had any canceled orders because I was out of stock!!! The system counts all canceled transactions as "Stock-Out Cancellation". As a result, I got a month restriction of payouts.
When I contacted Ebay customer service, the agent told me that the process is automatic and assured me to find out why it happened. So far, the problem still exists. I have been an international seller for 9 years and after eBay implemented its metric system, it is impossible to be a good seller anymore, despite 100% of positive feedbacks and no having any open cases.
