CANNOT access 'last 60 days' of Purchase History ORDERS

I came looking for answers about accessing Purchase History only to find problems unlike mine. I can navigate right to the page, but cannot get to my orders! I keep getting, 'Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later.' Well, TWO MONTH...

There is a page on eBay entitled "All Selling". Does anyone know how to navigate to it?

Under 'My Ebay' I used to be able to point at the 'Activity' tab and the word 'sell' would pop up and it took me there. The pop up doesn't occur any longer and while the page still exists the way to get there has been obfuscated.Help! Please!

Here's the message: - We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s). Except for the final value fee? Am I being charged a final value fee for the removed items? Thank you for your time.
