I just paid for 22 items won at auction, went to order details and clicked on Printer Friendly Page. It is certainly NOT a buyer friendly page as it said there was 1 page to print. That page used a large font and only printed 11 items with no way to print the additional missing 11 items. One of today's eBay glitches?

Today I paid for a combined order of 16 items won at auction.

I went to Order Details ->Printer Friendly Page and it showed all 16 items. I clicked Print.

The preview only showed 1 page with 11 items. If I tried to print page 2, I got an "Out of range" error. I printed page 1, which was missing 5 items and 11 items listed were printed in a large font.

Is anyone else having this problem? Obviously this is an eBay "glitch" as the Printer Friendly Page showed all the 16 items, but the Print page only showed 2/3 of the items.

The new printer-friendly option is either broken, or a bad design. Up until recently, it opened as a page unto itself. When you printed that page, and used the Windows 10 Microsoft Print to PDF "printer", and created a PDF of the printer-friendly order, the PDF content had readable / searchable / selectable text of all the textual data in the order. Now, with that phony pseudo-pop-up, you do the exact same steps, and the PDF has no actual searchable/selectable text. It's as if all the textual data of the order is dropped into the PDF as just an image.

I've tried it with Firefox, Brave and Opera, same results. This is a MAJOR step BACKWARD. I see at least one other thread from a Safari user, indicating her PDF "prints" of the printer-friendly order page doesn't contain any usable data, not even a phony image that appears to be text. BAD move.

Hi, I've had this happen before too. I can't fix the eBay problem/glitch, but I did find a workaround - start by printing to PDF, then reduce the scale to accommodate all the items on one page (I've gone as low as 35%). The font size will be pretty small, but still legible.

Yes, you can scale the print output (different browsers do it differently), but the PDF result is still not selectable/searchable text. That's the step backward that this "new" design entails. Maybe they changed it to appeal to users of phones and other mobile devices. But for people using real computers, it's not an improvement, and from reading other posts, definitely causing headaches for people.

I'm on a computer and I can search/select from the PDF result of my order details after scaling down to 50%. Sorry, I might be missing something you're saying.

eBay still has the error of NOT printing all purchased items on the Printer Friendly Page when there is a combined order of more than 11 items. It's been 2 weeks now! I'll call Customer Support to officially report this technical issue.
