CA Prop 65 Warnings NOT Showing up on Auctions

We are entering Prop 65 Warnings on products that the manufacture has placed the warning on.  We enter the warning into the "California Prop 65 Warning" into the box in item specifics per the  eBay Announcements from 8/28. It does not show up or put the warnign at the bottom of the auction like the announcement says it will do.

Has anyone actually had it work properly?

I also just noticed that the box is now missing in the item specifics to put the warning in. Had to add warning to the description. I tried to recreate the listing and when I select the category the box disappeared. Where are we supposed to put the warning?
