I have had this happen on both of my stores now, where the buyer is having trouble paying, both within just a few days, hopefully this isn't why I've hardly had any sales this week ,one buyer said she had to repeatedly try to pay until it finally went through, has anyone else had this problem?

I have tried for a week to make a purchase but I keep getting the message "Your payment didn't go through. Please check the payment info you entered or select a different payment method."
I've tried both Visa debit card and Google Pay without success. I've checked my payment info several times and have informed the seller about this problem. Further I wonder about the the "Please add your Tax ID Number" in my personal info and if that's a part of the problem.

I see you are registered in Sweden. That message can be the result of a seller that blocks payment from buyers with a primary shipping address in a location the seller does not ship to. Even if you provide a shipping address at checkout that the seller does ship to, the payment may be blocked.
